Process of brazing is studied & areas such as brazing alloys, fluxes, joints
are redesigned to get better cost reduction.
Brazing Alloy / Flux Designing
In some cases it is essential to use customized brazing alloy, may be due to
cost cutting, or restrictions on available brazing alloys as a part of ISO14001
due to chemical composition or usage requirements of final components. These
alloys & fluxes are Cadmium/ Lead / Arsenic / Zinc free alloys, Halide /
Nitrate / Sulphate free fluxes etc. Also low temperature application, high
strength applications etc also requires development & designing in brazing
alloys & fluxes
Field Failure Study
We help in studying & analyzing field failure by doing Metallographic study
or tensile / shear test, x-rays of joints, ultrasonic study etc.
Training of Service Personnel
We help train people involved in service department, on brazing & field
related problems.
